So what exactly happens when we begin to lose that of which we love and hold dear? This is something I can relate to "friendship breakup" or even to death of a dear person. As humans we have the amazing capabilities to feel and to decide how this feeling will be shown. Some of us hide it, others show it.
There are several was to keep ourselves from being lost or losing ourselves into an endless river of worries and sadness. Finding yourself should be the first thing. Who you really are matters. Loving and caring for your person is the foremost important thing. Seeking those who love and care for you is also something else we can do to prevent from being lost. Seeking religious beliefs are up to each individual to make. Regardless of how we keep ourselves connected, we need to remember that sometimes it is our choice to be lost or to lose someone.
